Gemchime (“the app”) is a puzzle game developed by Klynovate (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how the app handles information.
Summary: The current version of Gemchime does not collect or share any personal data. It has no account or sign-in, no advertising and no analytics, and it does not send data over the internet.
1. Information stored on your device
The app saves your game progress (including an unfinished game), best score, play statistics (such as games played and lines cleared) and settings (such as sound, voice and vibration) only on your device. This data is not sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes this data.
2. Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information through the app. The app does not ask for access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos or other personal data.
3. Advertising and analytics in future versions
Future versions may show ads provided by Google AdMob and may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the game. Before such a version is released, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent in the app.
4. Children
Gemchime is made for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
5. Your choices and data deletion
Because we do not collect personal data, we hold no personal data about you to access, correct or delete. You can delete everything the app has stored at any time by deleting the app or clearing its storage in your device settings.

We may update this policy. The latest version, with the date of the last update, is always on this page.

Gemchime（以下「本アプリ」）は Klynovate（以下「当方」）が開発したパズルゲームです。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いを説明するものです。
概要: 現在の版の Gemchime は、個人データを収集も共有もしません。アカウントやログイン、広告、利用状況の分析はなく、インターネットにデータを送信しません。
1. 端末内に保存される情報
本アプリは、ゲームの進行状況（途中のゲームを含む）、ベストスコア、プレイの記録（遊んだ回数、消したライン数など）、設定（音・声・振動など）をお使いの端末内にのみ保存します。これらのデータが当方や第三者に送信されることはありません。本アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも削除されます。
2. 当方が収集する情報
当方は、本アプリを通じて個人情報を一切収集しません。本アプリは、連絡先・位置情報・カメラ・マイク・写真などの個人データへのアクセスを求めません。
3. 将来の版での広告と利用状況の分析
将来の版では、Google AdMob による広告の表示や、ゲーム改善のための匿名の利用統計の収集を行う場合があります。その版を公開する前に本ポリシーを更新し、法令で必要な場合はアプリ内で同意をお願いします。
4. お子さまについて
本アプリは一般の利用者向けであり、13歳未満のお子さまを対象としたものではありません。当方がお子さまの個人情報を故意に収集することはありません。
5. データの削除
当方は個人データを収集しないため、開示・訂正・削除の対象となる個人データを保有していません。本アプリが端末に保存したデータは、本アプリの削除、または端末の設定でストレージを消去することで、いつでも削除できます。

本ポリシーは変更されることがあります。最新の内容と最終更新日は、常にこのページに掲載します。
